Fish Oils & Omega 3 Supplement
Oily cold water fish such as mackerel, salmon and sardines are rich in Omega 3, an essential fatty acid reputed to assist in the maintenance of a healthy heart and mind. Omega 3 simply cannot be made by the body; it must, instead, be consumed through the diet. A good quality supplement is a convenient way to help ensure we ingest adequate levels of Omega 3.
