NOW Foods Choline and Inositol is a powerful combination of two members of the B vitamin family, Both Choline and Inositol are present in all cells; Choline has a function in brain health and the promotion of proper synaptic transmission; in the liver it plays a part in the metabolism of fatty acids. Simply take one capsule, one to three times daily, with meals.
