Returns Policy

At Just Naturals, we want you to be nothing less than completely satisfied.

In the unlikely event you may wish to return a purchase to Just Naturals you must act on the day your goods are received.

Simply notify Just Naturals by e-mail of any product found to be incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, and return it by recorded delivery, in its original packaging, unopened and seal unbroken, to be received by Just Naturals within seven days.

If the product is found to be in any way defective, Just Naturals will be happy to replace your goods like-for-like, to credit your account in full, or to refund the cost of the product, together with, upon production of the appropriate receipt, the postage costs incurred.

In the case of unwanted products, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund on items returned unopened within seven days. In this case, however, all postage costs, including our shipping of a replacement item, must be borne by you, the customer.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
