Vitamin Supplements
Vitamin supplementation can help ensure we ingest the recommended daily amount of the four fat soluble vitamins: A,D,E & K, and the numerous water-soluble vitamins: B6, B12, Vitamin C, folic acid, biotin, niacin, riboflavin (B2), thiamin (B1) and pantothenic acid. Fat soluble vitamins are stored by the body for future use whereas water soluble vitamins are passed in urine and must, therefore, be consumed more often. A balanced intake of vitamins is essential in the maintenance of healthy bodily processes. Persons on a poor or restricted diet may, in particular, benefit from supplementation.
"I needed to lose some weight ready for the summer. I read about CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and bought 3 months supply with big reservations. Without dieting or exercise, I lost 24lbs and almost 2 dress sizes!"
